Cancellation/Refund Policy

At State Express, we are committed to offering exceptional travel experiences. However, we understand that unexpected changes in plans may occur. Our cancellation and refund policy is intended to be transparent, fair, and in alignment with industry standards.

Cancellation of Tour Package

  • Submission Requirement: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to your booking representative or our official email address.

  • Partial Cancellations or Amendments: Any change to the booked tour package may be subject to amendment fees and price differences (if any) at the time of change.

  • Full Cancellation of Tour Package:

    The advance payment is non-refundable, as it is used to secure bookings with hotels, airlines, and service providers.
    Additional Charges: State Express reserves the right to levy additional cancellation or amendment charges in excess of the advance amount, based on:

    • Hotel, airline, or supplier cancellation policies
    • Proximity to the travel date
    • Peak season or non-refundable rate plans
    • Administrative or service processing fees

Refund Policy

  • Refunds from Service Providers: In case we receive any refund from hotels, airlines, or other service providers for your cancelled services, we will be glad to pass on the refunded amount to you after deducting applicable fees.

  • Force Majeure : In events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, pandemic restrictions, etc.), we will assist in rescheduling or refunds subject to the policies of the service providers.

Processing Refunds

If any refund is applicable, it will be processed by State Express within 24–48 hours. However, please note that third-party payment gateways may take 3–5 business days to credit the amount to your account.
